An equation of
one sided means
and too of self
import, self indulgence;
’tis not LOVE but
selfish greed.
IF LOVE….
professed yet wrongs
no confession there be
’tis not LOVE but
insincerity and devious
means.
IF LOVE…
within thy heart and soul
reside, wellbeing of
another thy only delight.
IF LOVE…
were the blessed gift
we preach, let not
us in judgement of
those lesser fortunate
than we be.
IF LOVE….
by words and actions
thy heart and soul
priority be, truth of
heart and soul reign
supreme.
