damages, a crippling
of heart, soul and mind.
Bravery, a mountain peak of
difficulties to endure.
Incessant milestones of
despair and grief.
Repetitions of disappointments;
burgeoning pools of doubts
and denials. Masked efforts
of disguise lest jeering
there be. Internal wars,
hope for release?
BATTLEWORN…
’tis an unrelenting rape
of unworthy devices
in this travesty of life.
